IF YOU ARE SHIPPING ANYTHING TO US, READ CAREFULLY:
  • Send only what you need, not additional components. For example, we don’t need the battery if you want a software update. We are not permitted to ship lithium batteries anyway, so if you send us batteries, we can’t return them.
  • Delete the java software before you ship. How to do this is explained in instructions.
  • If the return is NOT because of a fault or mistake, send US$100 for return shipping and insurance. To make the payment via Paypal/credit card, contact us for our Paypal address. Profit-split partners do not need to pay this fee.
  • Use only a reputable courier company that allows you to track your parcel at any time AND SHIPS TO PO BOXES (DHL does NOT ship to PO boxes). On the export paperwork, specify the value of each phone to be US$100, and that it is for repairs.
